Kalham Consulting Ltd. (previously named Wade KH Reserve Fund Planners Ltd.) purchased the assets of the Reserve Fund department from Wade Engineering. Our personnel have been completing Reserve Fund Studies/Life Cycle Costing Reports since 2010 and have worked in the industry since 2003.  

Shantel Kalakalo

President

Shantel Kalakalo worked at Wade Engineering for nearly 18 years and has led the Reserve Fund team for the last 14 years. She has a passion for Reserve Fund reports and has shown remarkable dedication to this industry.  Shantel's past positions on the Board of CCI - North Alberta Chapter have ranged from Secretary to past 1st Vice President (Education committee co-chair) over 10 years. Shantel also has experience sitting on her own Board which confirms the practicality of the advice offered in the Reserve Fund reports.

Charles Hampton, RRO, RHI, CMI

Vice President

Charles Hampton is the Vice President/Partner of Kalham Consulting Ltd. (previously Wade KH Reserve Fund Planners Ltd.). has been writing Reserve Fund Studies for 5 years. In the past, Charlie was a home inspector for 8 years. Charlie values and appreciates the reserve fund product for the benefit of Corporations and Boards. Charlie has achieved the RRO designation through IIBEC.

Raeanne Hanzel-Gotell

Architectural Technologist

Raeanne Hanzel-Gotell, Architectural Technologist

Raeanne Hanzel-Gotell is an Architectural Technologist and has been writing Reserve Fund reports for the past 3 years. Rae joined as a recent Honour's graduate of the Architectural Technology program at NAIT. While in school Rae worked with her father who has a home inspection company. Rae is a great asset to the team, with an excellent work ethic, an understanding of building components and is savvy with new technology.

Kevin Haugen, P.Eng.

Kevin Haugen, P.Eng. has been a registered Professional Engineer since 1981 and is our mechanical sub-consultant and has worked with our team for the last 6 years completing the mechanical/electrical portions of the Reserve Fund Study/Life Cycle Costing reports. In the past Mr. Haugen worked for the City of Edmonton for over 30 years.

Feng Pan, P.Eng. has been a registered Professional Engineer since 2020. Mr. Pan worked at Wade Engineering earlier in his career and has continued to work in the building science field for the last 8 years. Feng has prepared more than seventy (70) reserve fund studies and building condition assessments
